Every piece is crafted with care and intended for personal wear. To maintain our hygiene standards, all sales are final. In the rare event that your item arrives defective, damaged, or differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will ensure it is made right through an exchange or store credit. Your satisfaction is our promise.
- Please email spartankingslegacy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you would like to exchange or receive store credit.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your exchange or store credit.
Eligibility
- Exchanges/store credit must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
- You must ship the item within 5 days of receiving your return authorization code.
- Items sent back without return authorization or outside the allowed return window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Exclusions
- Custom/personalized orders, final sales items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Only one exchange is permitted per item in each order. Once exchanged, the item becomes final sale.
Promotions
Items received as part of a promotion such as a Gift With Purchase or Buy One, Get One offer are not eligible for return. If you choose to exchange your order, please include any gifted item. If the promotional gift is not returned, your exchange/store credit will be adjusted to reflect its retail value.
All promotional gifts are available while supplies last.
Shipping
Return shipping costs: Shipping charges will not be refunded as it is paid to the carrier upon label creation. You may send via a carrier of your choice to the address below, including your order number on the package:
Please note, we do not offer Collect on Delivery (COD) or Freight To Collect (FTC) for returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
