A Spartan doesn’t lower his shield because the fight got long. We don’t either. Every Spartan Kings ring is backed against qualifying manufacturing defects for as long as the original owner owns it.
Covered Free: Manufacturing Defects
If your ring fails because of how it was made, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This protection also applies to engraved and personalized rings.
- Cracks or splits in the band under normal wear
- Stones that loosen or fall from a faulty setting
- Plating or finish that fails prematurely
- Resin or inlay separating from the band because of a manufacturing fault
Normal wear, accidental damage, sizing changes, and cosmetic wear are not manufacturing defects.
Lifetime Replacement
If life takes the ring from you — lost, stolen, crushed, cut off in an emergency, or otherwise accidentally destroyed — the original purchaser may receive one replacement per ring for a flat $45, subject to availability and the terms below.
Engraved and personalized rings: $55 to cover recreating the personalization on the replacement ring.
- One paid lifetime replacement per originally purchased ring
- Same design where available; if retired, choose an available ring of equal or lower current retail value
- No cash refund or credit for choosing a lower-value replacement
- The damaged ring does not need to be returned unless requested for claim verification
- U.S. replacement shipping is included; international customers pay any additional shipping cost
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, fading, or dulling consistent with use
- Size changes caused by weight gain, weight loss, or an incorrect size selected by the customer
- Rings altered, resized, engraved, repaired, or modified by a third party
- Rings purchased secondhand or from an unauthorized seller
- Silicone bands, which carry a one-year manufacturing-defect warranty
Personalized Rings: Final Sale, Still Protected
Engraved, customized, and personalized rings are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or size exchanges. They are, however, still protected against qualifying manufacturing defects under this Lifetime Guarantee and remain eligible for the $55 lifetime replacement option described above.
How to Make a Claim
Email spartankingslegacy@gmail.com with your order number, ring size, a description of what happened, and clear photos if you still have the ring. We will review the claim and confirm the applicable coverage before any replacement fee is charged.
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser or gift recipient with proof of the original order, is not transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to reasonable claim verification. We reserve the right to deny fraudulent or abusive claims.
